Arrived late, but stayed late. Missed a few areas of vacuuming, and didn't tidy the counter in the master. Didn't do the floors in the foyer and hallway. Missed both sets of stairs. Did a great job in the basement. Very nice lady and very kind.

Nice Yoong lady but 1) showed up with a young guy. She did ask before entering if it was ok for him to work but he was already the door. 2) didn’t speak English and 3) she and the young guy worked for 3 hours on one floor only. They didn’t get to the second. My latest cleaning ladies (2 ladies) finish both floors in 2 hours.

Service was good. However, they were about an hour and a half late but the service only took about an hour and a half and it was supposed to be 6 hours.

Cleaning was good! I would like her to stick to the amount of time requested. First visit was a 6 hour clean that she left 1 hour early missing several areas, second was a 4 hour that she was there for 5.25 hours, and was charged 5.25.

Brandon is always on time, works continually. He asks questions when unsure and follows directions well. He us courteous and well mannered. I would highly recommend him.

Very friendly and made me feel at ease. I have Alzheimer's and suffer from aphasia so it is difficult for me to speak. She was professional and did a good 1 st accessment cleaning. We are hoping for a more intensive cleaning to the future due to the fact my wife has a compromised immune system and her bathroom must be kept immaculate.

Annette was a delight, she text to ask if she could come earlier & I was more than happy to allow her to get an early start. She was fast & efficient & everything looked great. I look forward to our next visit
