Sophia did an amazing job! very thoughtful. had many cleaning experts over the years and can honestly say,Sophia is by far the most thorough!, we have a dog that sheds a lot, - you wouldn’t know it after Sophia finished cleaning - the bathrooms (my least favorite job) are spotless as is the rest of the house. Highly recommend Sophia!

After checking behind her, I had to tell her that she failed to empty the garbage in the bathroom upstairs and in the master bedroom. She also does not know how to put clean linen on the beds. When dusting/polishing furniture and cleaning glass, Jennifer did not remove items before dusting/polishing/cleaning

She wasn't able to hit the bedrooms as we had planned but only because she did the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, dining room and den FLAWLESSLY. So impressed. Thank you!

Very good for the first time cleaning our home! Arrived on time and very responsive and quick to learn my preferences. We ran out of time to fold laundry and vacuum the outer entryway, so we will book more time for the next cleaning.

The floorhad lose its shine and and was quite dull to the touch, the counters had a fine gritty feel as I pulled my hand over them, and the microwave had the fullness and I couldn't bring the shine back because it seemed like there was oil base used a part of the cleaner.

booked for 4 hours. 4 bd 2 bath home, only completed 2 bedrooms, hanging clothes, kitchen and partially one bathroom. when I do it myself it usually takes me 2/3 hours to do entire house because it is not very messy. I requested she use her own cleaning items and products through the app and she used mine.
