shes locked and loaded with supplies to ensure a good clean! although would recommend her to load up on CLR Limescale solution to remove the hard water stains in the shower, but even without it she still hustled really hard to get rid of the stains as best as possible so much appreciated there thank you for working so hard

Adela did a good job of cleaning. I noticed that she worked extra hard to seek out the cobwebs! I disagree with a reviewer who criticized her method of "mopping" the floor. She used damp rags and yes, she used her feet, but she scrubbed them nicely. I will invite her to come back.

I was surprised and happy that she washed a sink full of dishes and took the trash out. Communication, however, was difficult because she spoke only Spanish and I speak only English.

Howard does a good job but he forgot to clean both kitchen sinks and run a dry mop under the sofa. He cleans the whole townhouse alone and does a good job. I wish he would wipe the fronts of the kitchen cabinets.

My only feedback is vacuuming would have been expected (you could have used mine if you don’t have one). (Also, one of the bathroom rugs was accidentally bleached/discolored by whatever product you used.). Again overall great!
